Payment in advance is required for the first orders. Thereafter, credit terms are available.

Late payment fees are charged at 2% per month.

The minimum order is six pieces per toy.

You are requested to ask for prices for toys seen on the Wooden Toys (UK) CD-ROM catalogue by contacting us and telling us the catalogue page's and toy's code numbers. The prices will then be sent to you.

Delivery is free of charge within Europe for orders of £250 / 350 Euros and above. An extra charge, at usually less than cost, is added to orders below this amount unless otherwise agreed.

Deliveries are by Courier [taking 3-7 days]. Reliable IS09002 carriage companies deliver larger orders to your door [DDU, in 7-10 days].

Delivery costs to the U.S.A. and the rest of the world by Air Freight are included in the prices for orders of US$ 500 and above. An extra charge will be added to orders below this. Any extra charges will be notified and confirmed before shipment. Where some toys are different sizes and weights, we can also calculate the best and cheapest shipping option for you.

There are no Import Duties [taxes] to be paid for deliveries of wooden toys and wooden products in Europe and some other countries.

Our standard packing, cartons and pallets are used. Special packing and labeling are available and supplied on request.

Depending on the amount of toys required and to which country they are being sent, we may issue a Pro-Forma Invoice or an Invoice. In this case, if we then receive a commercial order from you, we will refund at least half of the payment you have made.

Any damages and short deliveries must be notified in writing within ten (10) days of delivery. Any damages of outer cartons should be reported and noted in writing to the delivery firm on receipt of your goods.

We sell to Importers, Distributors, Retailers, Mail Order and Workshops. We manufacture traditional wooden games, wooden kitchen utensils, wooden garden chairs and wooden components. 'Made to Order' commissions and inquiries are welcomed. Exclusive sales agreements for certain toys and items seen on our CD-ROM catalogue are available.
